Complete Guide: From Registration to Remix Submission

1. Registration & Login

Registration (First Time)

  1. Visit: https://fruityalfred-software.de/artist-dashboard/
  2. Click "Register" (bottom right under login form)
  3. Fill out the registration form:
    • Artist Name: Your artist name
    • Email: Your email address
    • Password: A secure password
    • Confirm Password: Repeat password
    • Security Code: Leave this field EMPTY (spam protection)
  4. Click "Register"
⚠️ IMPORTANT: You will receive a confirmation email. Click the link in the email to activate your account. After activation, you can log in.

Login

  1. Go to: Artist Dashboard
  2. Enter your Email and Password
  3. Click "Login"

2. Upload Your Own Tracks

Upload Track Without Stems

  1. After login, click the "Tracks" tab
  2. Click "Upload New Track"
  3. Fill in track information:
    • Title: Track title
    • Genre: Music genre (e.g., Techno, House, Trance)
    • Release Date: Release date
    • Track File: Select your audio file (MP3, WAV, FLAC)
  4. Click "Upload Track"
  5. Status will be set to "Pending" (waiting for approval by Label Manager)

Upload Track With Stems (for Remixing)

  1. In the upload form, check "This track has stems for remixing"
  2. Upload your stems file (ZIP file with all stems)
    • Maximum size: 3GB
    • Format: ZIP archive with individual stem files (Drums, Bass, Synths, etc.)
  3. Upload the track as described above
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Stems are NOT available to other artists initially. You must enable the track:
  1. Go to "Tracks" tab
  2. Find your track in the list
  3. Click the "Available for Remix" checkbox
  4. Status will automatically change to "Yes"

3. Remix Workflow: Remix Tracks from Other Artists

1Find Available Tracks

  • Go to "Remixes" tab
  • Here you see a list of ALL tracks with available stems from other artists
  • Columns display: Track, Artist, Genre, Stems (shows "✓ Available")

2Check In for Remix

  • Find the track you want to remix
  • Click "Check In" in the Actions column
  • You'll get confirmation: "Checked in successfully"
  • The track will now appear in the "In Progress" tab

3Download Stems

  • Switch to "In Progress" tab
  • Click "Download Stems" to download the stem files
  • Extract the ZIP archive and start your remix

4Upload Remix

  1. When your remix is finished, stay in "In Progress" tab
  2. Click "Upload Remix"
  3. Fill out the upload form:
    • Select Track: Choose the original track (automatically pre-selected)
    • Remix Title: Title of your remix (e.g., "Track Name (Your Name Remix)")
    • Remix File: Select your finished remix file
  4. Click "Upload Remix"
  5. Status: "Uploaded" appears in the "In Progress" table

5Cancel Remix (Optional)

If you can't complete the remix:

  1. Go to "In Progress" tab
  2. Find the track in the list
  3. Click "Cancel"
  4. Provide a reason (e.g., "Not enough time", "Technical issues")
  5. Click "Confirm Cancellation"
  6. The Label Manager will receive an email with your reason
  7. The entry will be deleted

4. Manage Profile

  • Go to "Profile" tab
  • Edit your information: Artist Name, Email, Bio
  • Click "Update Profile" to save changes

5. Important Notes

  • Email Verification: You MUST confirm your email before you can log in
  • Track Approval: Tracks must be approved by Label Manager (Status: Approved)
  • Stems Availability: Only you can make your stems available for remixing
  • Remix Check-In: You must check in for a track before you can download the stems
  • Mastering: Finished tracks can be submitted for mastering (separate process)

1. Registrierung & Anmeldung

Registrierung (Erstmalige Nutzung)

  1. Besuche: https://fruityalfred-software.de/artist-dashboard/
  2. Klicke auf "Register" (unten rechts unter dem Login-Formular)
  3. Fülle das Registrierungsformular aus:
    • Artist Name: Dein Künstlername
    • Email: Deine E-Mail-Adresse
    • Password: Ein sicheres Passwort
    • Confirm Password: Passwort wiederholen
    • Security Code: Lass dieses Feld LEER (Spam-Schutz)
  4. Klicke auf "Register"
⚠️ WICHTIG: Du erhältst eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail. Klicke auf den Link in der E-Mail um dein Konto zu aktivieren. Nach der Aktivierung kannst du dich anmelden.

Anmeldung

  1. Gehe zu: Artist Dashboard
  2. Gib deine Email und Password ein
  3. Klicke auf "Login"

2. Eigene Tracks hochladen

Track ohne Stems hochladen

  1. Nach dem Login, klicke auf den Tab "Tracks"
  2. Klicke auf "Upload New Track"
  3. Fülle die Track-Informationen aus:
    • Title: Track-Titel
    • Genre: Musikgenre (z.B. Techno, House, Trance)
    • Release Date: Veröffentlichungsdatum
    • Track File: Wähle deine Audio-Datei (MP3, WAV, FLAC)
  4. Klicke auf "Upload Track"
  5. Status wird automatisch auf "Pending" gesetzt (wartet auf Freigabe)

Track mit Stems hochladen (für Remixes)

  1. Im Upload-Formular, aktiviere "This track has stems for remixing"
  2. Lade deine Stems-Datei hoch (ZIP mit allen Stems)
    • Maximale Größe: 3GB
    • Format: ZIP-Archiv mit einzelnen Stem-Dateien (Drums, Bass, Synths, etc.)
  3. Lade den Track hoch wie oben beschrieben
⚠️ WICHTIG: Stems sind zunächst NICHT verfügbar. Du musst den Track freigeben:
  1. Gehe zum Tab "Tracks"
  2. Finde deinen Track in der Liste
  3. Klicke auf die Checkbox "Available for Remix"
  4. Status ändert sich automatisch auf "Yes"

3. Remix-Workflow: Tracks anderer Künstler remixen

1Verfügbare Tracks finden

  • Gehe zum Tab "Remixes"
  • Hier siehst du ALLE Tracks mit verfügbaren Stems von anderen Künstlern
  • Spalten: Track, Artist, Genre, Stems (zeigt "✓ Available")

2Für Remix "einchecken"

  • Finde den Track den du remixen möchtest
  • Klicke auf "Check In" in der Actions-Spalte
  • Du erhältst eine Bestätigung: "Checked in successfully"
  • Der Track erscheint nun im Tab "In Progress"

3Stems herunterladen

  • Wechsel zum Tab "In Progress"
  • Klicke auf "Download Stems" um die Stem-Dateien herunterzuladen
  • Entpacke das ZIP-Archiv und starte mit dem Remix

4Remix hochladen

  1. Wenn dein Remix fertig ist, bleibe im Tab "In Progress"
  2. Klicke auf "Upload Remix"
  3. Fülle das Upload-Formular aus:
    • Select Track: Wähle den Original-Track (automatisch vorausgewählt)
    • Remix Title: Titel deines Remixes (z.B. "Track Name (Dein Name Remix)")
    • Remix File: Wähle deine fertige Remix-Datei
  4. Klicke auf "Upload Remix"
  5. Status: "Uploaded" erscheint in der Tabelle

5Remix abbrechen (Optional)

Falls du den Remix nicht fertigstellen kannst:

  1. Gehe zum Tab "In Progress"
  2. Finde den Track in der Liste
  3. Klicke auf "Cancel"
  4. Gib einen Grund an (z.B. "Not enough time", "Technical issues")
  5. Klicke auf "Confirm Cancellation"
  6. Der Label Manager erhält eine E-Mail mit deinem Grund
  7. Der Eintrag wird gelöscht

4. Profile verwalten

  • Gehe zum Tab "Profile"
  • Bearbeite deine Informationen: Artist Name, Email, Bio
  • Klicke auf "Update Profile" um Änderungen zu speichern

5. Wichtige Hinweise

  • E-Mail-Verifizierung: Du MUSST deine E-Mail bestätigen bevor du dich anmelden kannst
  • Track-Freigabe: Tracks müssen vom Label Manager freigegeben werden
  • Stems-Verfügbarkeit: Nur du kannst deine Stems für Remixes freigeben
  • Remix-Check-In: Du musst dich einchecken bevor du Stems herunterladen kannst
  • Mastering: Fertige Tracks können zum Mastering eingereicht werden

1. Inscription & Connexion

Inscription (Première utilisation)

  1. Visitez: https://fruityalfred-software.de/artist-dashboard/
  2. Cliquez sur "Register" (en bas à droite)
  3. Remplissez le formulaire:
    • Artist Name: Votre nom d'artiste
    • Email: Votre adresse e-mail
    • Password: Un mot de passe sécurisé
    • Confirm Password: Répétez le mot de passe
    • Security Code: Laissez ce champ VIDE
  4. Cliquez sur "Register"
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Vous recevrez un e-mail de confirmation. Cliquez sur le lien pour activer votre compte.

Connexion

  1. Allez sur: Artist Dashboard
  2. Entrez votre Email et Password
  3. Cliquez sur "Login"

2. Télécharger vos morceaux

Télécharger un morceau sans stems

  1. Cliquez sur l'onglet "Tracks"
  2. Cliquez sur "Upload New Track"
  3. Remplissez les informations:
    • Title: Titre du morceau
    • Genre: Genre musical
    • Release Date: Date de sortie
    • Track File: Fichier audio (MP3, WAV, FLAC)
  4. Cliquez sur "Upload Track"

Télécharger avec stems (pour remixage)

  1. Cochez "This track has stems for remixing"
  2. Téléchargez votre fichier stems (ZIP, max 3GB)
  3. Téléchargez le morceau
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Pour rendre les stems disponibles:
  1. Allez à "Tracks"
  2. Trouvez votre morceau
  3. Cochez "Available for Remix"

3. Workflow de remix

1Trouver les morceaux

  • Allez à "Remixes"
  • Liste de tous les morceaux avec stems disponibles

2S'enregistrer

  • Cliquez sur "Check In"
  • Le morceau apparaît dans "In Progress"

3Télécharger les stems

  • Allez à "In Progress"
  • Cliquez sur "Download Stems"

4Télécharger le remix

  1. Cliquez sur "Upload Remix"
  2. Sélectionnez le morceau
  3. Entrez le titre du remix
  4. Téléchargez le fichier

5Annuler (Optionnel)

  1. Cliquez sur "Cancel"
  2. Fournissez une raison
  3. Confirmez

4. Gérer le profil

  • Allez à "Profile"
  • Modifiez vos informations
  • Cliquez sur "Update Profile"

Accesso

  1. Vai su: Artist Dashboard
  2. Inserisci Email e Password
  3. Clicca su "Login"

2. Caricare le tue tracce

Caricare traccia senza stems

  1. Clicca su "Tracks"
  2. Clicca su "Upload New Track"
  3. Compila le informazioni
  4. Clicca su "Upload Track"

Caricare con stems

  1. Seleziona "This track has stems for remixing"
  2. Carica file ZIP (max 3GB)
⚠️ IMPORTANTE: Per rendere disponibili gli stems, vai su "Tracks" e seleziona "Available for Remix"

3. Workflow di remix

2Registrarsi

  1. Haz clic en "Tracks"

  3. Completa la información
  4. Haz clic en "Upload Track"

Subir con stems

  1. Marca "This track has stems for remixing"
  2. Sube archivo ZIP (máx 3GB)
⚠️ IMPORTANTE: Para hacer disponibles los stems, ve a "Tracks" y marca "Available for Remix"

3. Flujo de trabajo de remix

1Encontrar pistas

  • Ve a "Remixes"
  • Lista de todas las pistas con stems disponibles

2Registrarse

  • Haz clic en "Check In"

3Descargar stems

  • Ve a "In Progress"
  • Haz clic en "Download Stems"

4Subir remix
